How many metric tons does the 20 feet and 40 feet general purpose container load from your product?

Please refer to the (How we export paragraph) in each product page to know the load of each.

Can we buy less than one container?

AS we are a wholesale company we do bulk quantities in containers, but we may consider less than a container in some cases, please contact us to discuss your required quantity.

When does the season start for each product you sell?

Usually, the season starts in late November and ends late May for most of the products that we offer.

What is the best time to buy?

Because our products are seasonal, the best time to buy is usually the beginning of the season.

What are the payment terms and conditions to buy your products?

The client can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • 100 % sight LC
  • 30% Advance and balance 70% against faxing the BL copy.

Is it possible for us to use a third part inspection company?

YES.

What are the available inspection companies in Sudan?

Can your company make an invitation for our company to visit and inspect your products?

YES, invitation letter can be sent to your company to represent it to Sudan consulate in your country to obtain the entry visa.

How much time products packing and all documents preparation will take, and for goods to reach the exporting port?

Usually documentation take 5 to 8 government working days (Sunday – Thursday), packing and the time to reach port takes 7 to 10 days depending on the ordered quantity.

What are the names of ports you use to export your products?

We use only one port which is named PORTSUDAN, having SDPZU as a port code.

Where will my goods be delivered once left your factory/stores?

The goods will be shifted to customs for clearing, then will be transported via trucks to PORTSUDAN to catch/await the available vessel.

Is it possible for you to re-export from other nearby ports outside Sudan?

We have the possibility to re-export from Jeddah (Saudi Arabi) and Jebel Ali (Dubai) with extra charges.

What kind of shipping is available from PORTSUDAN and price?

Many reputed shipping lines operate in PORTSUDAN such as:

  • Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. (MSC)
  • Maersk line
  • Safmarine line
  • Pacific International Lines (PIL)

Pricing based on the destination and container size is determined by the shipping line.

How much time the container will take to reach our country port?

Lead time to reach the clients desired port depends on the shipping lines used and the destination to that port usually varies between 2 to 8 weeks for the farthest destination.

What type of documents you provide your products?

What are the specifications of your products?

Are your products organic/Halal?

YES.

Are your products certified organic/Halal?

We are in the process of the certification which will soon be announced once completed.

Can we make small orders in kilograms instead of tons?

Depends on quantity, please contact us for more details.

How do you pack your products?

We mainly pack in polypropylene (PP) bags and Jute bags, weights of packings vary between 20 to 50 Kg, pods/leaves are hydraulically pressed in bales of 200 to 250 kg.

Can we have our own trade mark printed in the product packing?

YES.

Are samples free?

Yes, up to 2 Kg is free of charge, you only need to pay for the courier charges.

What is the HS code for your product?

What is the minimum order quantity for the products?

The MOQ is usually a full loaded 20 feet container or a 40 feet container from some lightweight products such as hibiscus.
